      your unique code will apply to any clothing or footwear item, it needs to be n item that is sold and dispatched by amazon though.

        Hit and miss
        Last i heard that their was some kind of import restriction in place for Asics (something about customs confiscating Asics shoes), thats why endless (before it was bought by Amazon) stopped shipping them to Australia and Amazon USA too currently doesn't ship them here.

          I dont think it has anything to do with customs. Asics dont want their resellers overseas to ship into au. When they find a reseller that is shipping to AU they stop having them as a reseller.

          My wife bought asics from amazon and they arrived fine. Most sellers on there will not ship to AU.

          Customs only has authority to confiscate illegal products. Unless that Asics shoe has cocaine in the sole, they have no right to confiscate it. Even then, they might let the shoe through just to see who collects it.

          If Asics Australia thinks that stopping me buying the shoe from an overseas online seller is going to make me buy the shoe at a ridiculous price in an Australian store, they can think again. I just won't buy Asics at all or I will wait until i travel overseas and get it then. Suck it up Asics Australia you bad duds!

      Not tried the Mizuno, but have been looking to get the Mizuno Wave Prophecy's. Mizuno's in general do get very favourable reviews but as far as I can see the 20% discount would not apply to any Wave Inspire as they are not sold and shipped by Amazon.

    Silly question - is trainer OK for running? I always associate trainer with gym?! Or have I got cross trainer mixed up with just "trainer"? I've got plenty of gym shoes, now looking for running shoes. TIA

      This is a running shoe, (and one of the best running shoes you can get too) it's just people in the UK refer to them as 'trainers'.

    As I noted on my deal on the Amazon Downton Abbey Blu Ray deal, the Amazon deals seem to be for the ladies this week. :)

    I bought a pair of these shoes for the Mrs and hope that the fit isn't too small/narrow (she finds the Asics fit a bit narrow anyway and there were no 2E wide fit deals on the site).

    No luck finding Men's Asics from Amazon.

    A question for regular buyers: was the 20% off a one-off code or can you re-use it?
