    Does the button submit to a http URL or a https URL, that's the important thing.

    Otherwise try changing the http to https in the location bar manually at the beginning of the form filling. That seems to work though I haven't tried buying one.

    I went back to book again until the last step and looked into html source. Indeed the credit card info frame is a https page embedded. So, I have no problem booking with my C/C now. Thanks, jdr and greenpossum.

      I was concerned about the site was not on https too. although the payment iframe is indeed from a https url, the personal details form isn't.

  Does anyone know if there's any penalty if you enter the car park later than the booked entry time? (the FAQ only mentioned 30min grace period prior to the entry time). I.e, will it be fine as long as you enter/exit within the reservation period??

    You can arrive anytime after the start time.
    Just leave before the end time
