There are tabs down the bottom of the front screen and rewards is one. If they don't show maybe update the app? 🙂
I have checked my prepaid account, it's not showing in the Rewards Tab. The app is up to date (Android).

Maybe it is a new app you have to download? I went to the above link downloaded the app, logged in and the parking discount was in the rewards tab.

Sorry it only allows use once per day ie a unique code generated eavh day so i cant try again until tomorrow. It would just be 15% off what quotes when you check the dates on the site if that helps.
