You can queue up the pack for download from the xbox marketplace by clicking the link above.
I'm not familiar with the PSN download system and whether you can queue downloads from a PC.If so, perhaps someone can add the address in the comments.
PSN you just access the store from the main XMB - should appear with the price as 'Free'.
