Great collections for 75% off the existing price, plus the march 20% off coupon (thanks Scotty). (The deal is more so the 75% off, the coupon is a bonus :D)
Stumbled across it on steamgifts.com by accident, apparently either the 75% off or the 20% off runs out today but the sites down right now so can't check. So with stacking from $90 to $18 for the master collection (All games)and $165 goes to $33 for the grand collection (all games + all DLC).
Its a series that does age, but gracefully. Fans of the series will appreciate this deal considering it cost a WHOOPING $210 (grand master) at the steam store! Beware that you WILL NOT get giftables copies of games already owned.

Just a note that GMG20-NT7TS-SY2RT is March's 20% off code. See GMG's blog entry. Doesn't work on all games though.
