rk3188 aren't 6 core - it's just 4 core Mali 400 - just like the 4412… Though MAYBE the rk3188 has higher GPU clocks - I'm not sure on this.
4412 CPU is generally faster than the RK3188 in the benchmarks from what I've seen.
So from where I'm sitting, this is a better CPU with probably the same graphics for well under $200…

An RK3188 with 1080p screen is unlikely to be lower than $200 (not initially anyway).
How many of the following issues will be resolved with RK3188?
With these cheap Chinese tablets, my friends and I all have issues with them.
Bahh yeah i think i was confusing the cpu in the rk3188 with the allwinner a31.
Looks like, as you say, rk3188 has the edge cpu wise. Gpu performance will come down to clock rates.
Getting a Samsung S.O.C. (same as galaxy s3 apparently) for so cheap is pretty tempting.

not to be critical, but it is a computer, for personal use - hence it is a PC. So is a Mac.
Personal distinguishes them from multi terminal, multi user systems like Vax
This is an interest argument. By this definition my old Nokia Series 40 mobile is a PC too. It takes inputs (voice, keystrokes & wireless communications), computes the inputs according to some stored instructions (SDK & Nokia Store), and produces outputs (videos on LCD display and audios from earpiece and speaker). It runs a single user OS and is designed for personal use.

probably not the logos are clearly different. But they use mostly samsung parts, made from a Samsung factory.
Actually, the logo you see on this tablet is in fact a proper Hyundai logo which they used when they had an electronics division up until the late 90's.
However, this is NOT a tablet made by the Auto-mobile manufacturer that we all know about, and it is actually a Chinese Company who bought the naming rights for this device so they can sell into the Russian market initially..
Don't know and don't want to know what the quality of device is like but I don't think this will be all that different from all the other Chinese tablets you see flooding the market..
