Shipping is $12.95 for Brisbane (and maybe everywhere else) and $11.50 for Sydney

      I'd wait. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is due for release in New York on 14th March. So expect a dive in S3 prices in coming weeks.

      I've purchased from MWave twice and had no issues. A bigger issue I think is that people on OzB can be really rude to reps of companies who don't offer the best deal. Not all companies operate at the margins of some like MSY who operate out of tiny sheds, have huge queues because they have not enough staff and next to no post-sales service. The magic of anonymity, I guess.

      Not that I don't also purchase from MSY, but sometimes I feel like this place is filled with 13 year olds who have no idea how the real world works.

      All I can see there is an honest reply from the rep, instead of pandering to yet another self-entitled Lord Muck. If they brought whinging into the Olympics, Australia would definitely be top of the medals again, we even outshine the Poms!

      Maybe wont be as much as people would hope. I was looking at S2s over the past few days and even those are still kinda pricey for Aus stock.

    I've also received pathetic customer service from mwave.

    And a lack of product support in DOA situations, ended up contacting the manufacturer and they went out of their way to fix the problem including shipping both ways.

    If people want a 3G phone right now I'd be trying to get a Nexus 4. Not much point getting the S3 when the S4 is about to be announced in a week's time, unless you need a phone now and must have a micro SD card slot.

      Or, you know, they could buy the S3 because they like it. Not everyone needs to have the latest and greatest, and the S4 won't be this price for a while after release.

        They could of course get the S3 because they like it, and it's a great phone. But atlas was pointing out the Nexus 4 is superb and only $400
