Just saw this as I was at the Hungry Jacks Drive-Thru.
I'd like to add that Hungry Jacks are notorious for being on/off with these deals and for their frozen coke machines to be "broken" or "turned off", sorry if this isn't available in your store.

McDonalds nuggets have been shrinking and shrinking in size, while the price keeps going up and up. I'm starting to wonder how small they will dare to make them while still being able to call them a nugget? As opposed to a nibble.
have you been gaining in size? thus making them look smaller and smaller?
I just get a box of them from the supermarket and cook them up… much much better and heaps cheaper.

I agree mate, its what made them different to the rest, the new ($2) ones taste like wet cardboard.

Managed to get free medium fries with the shake and win app during lunch today, so I just added on the large frozen coke and bbq cheeseburger for a $3 meal :)
Last saturday I went to hj's and asked for the $1 sundae. The guy serving me said that the offer expired 3 years ago. When I questioned him about it, he said 2.5 years ago. As I didn't want to waste any more of my time I said ok and started to leave. He then said that I can have a frozen coke for $1. I said no thanks and then he said it was broken anyway. I was a bit pissed off but wasn't in the mood to go off at that idiot or complain to the manager.

Too bad they're not doing Scoopon $2 Whopper plus fries, used to go in for X2 of that, now not so encouraged by the smaller mini burger. Might move onto their (1.20) Sundaes instead; though any sort of hassle/resistance and X3 Soft Serve X2 Chicken Mayo will become my standard etiquette($5).
For the money you save here, you'll need to put towards exercise equipment, or liposuction :)

Buy a softserve cone for 40 cents chuck it in the large frozen coke for 1 dollar.
Same thing as maccas float that they charge like $4 for.
asked them to put the ice cream inside the frozen coke to save them the cone… wouldn't do it cause that breaks some bullshit copyright… o.O
i do it all the time sif copyright, they probably just cbf. Also the reason the frozen coke is "broken" is because it has been overused. you cant just sit there and make 20 frozen coke, once you get to about 10 or so it get too runny and we have to give it a few min before we can use it. if you can physically see the machine from where your ordering have a look at it. there are x2 light indicators, one on each side of the barrels. once the indicators are flashing we cannot use the machine for 5-10 min, that or Syrup is OUT.

there are new loyalty cards coming out next few days, if frozen coke is not available at the time of ordering you get a FREE frozen coke on your next visit.

Really happy about the nuggets deal.. the cost of nuggets recently at stores like KFC etc lately have started making me wonder if they're from the part of the chicken that makes gold nuggets..
