I think the OP converted the wrong time.

0000GMT = 12-Midnight London = 11:00AM AEDST.
1200GMT = 12-Noon in London = 11:00PM AEDST.

Current time is 2:28AM London, 1:28PM AESDT. Try again 11:00PM AEDST.
