  The board game is a very well respected game among board gaming nerds. Looks like the iOS app based off it is also pretty good, if that award is anything to go by.

    boardgame is great. the ios one is just as addictive - awesome to play as you can pass and play on the same phone or play others via invite on the game centre.

    Get the europe version if it becomes free.

    That's debatable. As a board game nerd, I'd consider it an entry game, up there with the Catan series and Carcassonne.

    Still - free is a bargain, and if it gets people into games that aren't the usually standard variants on Monotony(tm), it's all good.

      It's simple but strategic and addictive IMHO. What would you consider past entry level?

      It also appeasl to the masses as not everyone can get into (usually due to lack of patience) the more complicated/sophisticated and detailed games (wish they would!!!).

  great game, got it last time. highly addictive, however makes the board game version (i.e. real life) not as fun

    I disagree, playing this with real people and interacting with them is way better than just playing it on a phone on your own.

    buy board games off amazon uk. been doing it for all my recent ones. pretty sure ticket to ride there would be (including shipping) under $50. everytime i buy there as i check the comparative price to games world shuddeR :(
