Factory Fast - Free Mistery Prize (to a claimed value of $39.95) with every order over $100

23
XjQp1s5Te

Another OZAB, Direct Deals, Topbuy …etc on-line store.

An up and comming site, with various items added each week from what I can tell.

I first thought spending $100 (not including postage) was a little too much of a stretch to get this "free unknown item", but checking out various items, prices aren't too bad and the postage is quite reasonable too.

Items that stick out for me are:

  • HDMI cables 2m - $9.95; 5m $14.95 (not sure if they're 1.3a)
  • Notebook Computer Lock (with 4 number combination) $6.95
  • 3x3m White Outdoor Gazebo (High-density 600D oxford cloth) - $129.95
  • Microsoft Vista Home Basic Upg DVD - $60.95

Just enter the coupon code upon checkout.

actually, everything you buy from these scammers is a mystery item.

you never get what you pay for.

See the numerous complaints in the Factory Fast’s Daily Auction - Unique Bid for Free discussion on the OzBargain blog, in the Shopping.com Merchant Directory and on Whirlpool.

In fact, scotty might want to consider adding a warning note to their store profile - even though he posted one one of their deals a while back ;)

Buyer beware Im trying to return a faulty item to these guys without any luck. They just ignore your emails.

You should never buy from a company which does not provide a contact telephone number on their website.

Factory fast takes your money fast.

Factory fast just offerd me a refund (on a faulty product) of $5.00 on a product I paid $33.95 for.

    What a joke.

I will be contacting the ACCC.

    • Good luck Montag. Please let us know the outcome (perhaps best in the blog).

  • What happened to the "Factory Fast’s Daily Auction - Unique Bid for Free" blog page?

    • Hehe:

      Page Not Found

These is not the page your looking for…

      Move along.

      Move along. Move along.

Good one, scotty. What happened no doubt relates to:

I’ve got lots of bad reports from FactoryFast — I actually have to remove half of the comments on my FactoryFast blog post because of rude words from disgruntled customers. I am in the process of resolving some “public image” issue with these guys so I’ll stop my comment here…

Have you made any progress contacting the ACCC?

    • Blog page appears to be gone again.

  • No not yet. I will wait until Wednesday.

    Hi Montag,
I've had a similar experience with Factoryfast and recommend never to deal with them. Problem with Fair Trading is it'll cost you at least another $33 to lodge a complaint for tribunal which for less than a $100 item is hardly worth one's time to go through that. I've lodged my Fair Trading complaint which FF ignored completely. The Dep FT guy said they didn't reply to any email or phone call he made and so I'd have to go to tribunal if I wanted to take it further.
That's where I'm at, but don't know if I could be bothered apart from alerting others to this dodgy dealer.
    Cheers.

    Cheers
