Sorry for my ignorance, but is Lean Build still effective for losing weight without intensive training? I mean, to just drink it in a casual way as a part of lose-weight purpose?
It is effective for increasing your protein intake. So, yes, if you need more protein without more carbs or fat that would go with it in other products, it will still be effective. Don't look at it as any more than a way of adding protein without the c or f though.

For some weird reason every single free protein sample offer I've done on oz bargain (three so far) I've never had delivered in the end. I'm just going to stick to my myofusion and no bull supplements and give this offer a pass but hope those that do enter their details end up having a sample successfully delivered.
