We want bargains.
These guys have some of the worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Bar none. I was buying a Canon 5D Mk III with kit lens, they took 2 weeks to process the order, then without warning, cancelled it saying there was a 'security error'. After taking payment mind you. Took another 2 weeks before then even began to process the refund, 6 weeks with these guys holding $4,100 of my money. With no explanation.
I called their customer service a couple of time to find out what was wrong and try and get my order shipped. They kept saying they'd call me back, I'd wait days and eventually call them again, when I asked to speak to the 'security team', the guy laughed at me and told me they don't want to speak to me and hung up.
They held my money for 6 weeks, every time I called them I got put through to someone barely competent, and incredibly dismissive and rude. I really have to emphasize how rude they were.
Eventually went with DWI, who, despite their rapidly declining reputation at least got me my order within a week.
They have a YouTube channel with lots of subscribers which I suppose is why they have the guise of prestige about them, but they're just another Hong Kong camera seller, who evidently aren't as good as some of the others out there.
Sounds like their best work is making youtube videos, not selling camera gear…

There could be a couple of reasons why an order might be cancelled by our security team e.g. information provided cannot be verified, contact details does not work , etc. If you can please provide us your order details, even order number will do, we will ask our team to check and we apologise for any inconveniences it might have caused.
As for the refund issue, it is our company policy not to charge customer until the order is shipped, each transaction are pre-authorised by your card issuer and once a transaction has been cancelled, the time of releasing the payment will be up to your card issuer.

I'm no Photography nut, but a quick google search shows that the RX-100 is cheaper else-ware.
