Fluidtek has the Harmony 525 Universal Remote for $45 (half way down the page). I got Officeworks to beat this price by 5% to make it $41.15. I got Dick Smith to match the price as well (I got 3). Fluidtek's sale ends in 2 days, so be quick as OW needs to see the price. Good luck.

Just take it in and see, let them call (02) 8812 2725, they don't pick up anyway. PS. It is very hard to find their phone number, you have to type fluidtek contact in google and it is the 2nd result.

  I live on the gold coast, do you think they would price match at office works here? the fluidtek store is in sydney (according to their website)

      well it's still a bargain given you need them to set the low price initially for OW to then price match it.

  By the way, how did you get the price to be $41.15? After beating it by 5%, shouldn't the new price be 45*0.95 = $42.75?

    Maybe because of a mistake. Had a $10 item being price matched and I got it for $8 instead of $9.50. Whoops for them.

      hahaha yeh the Officeworks checkout lady could not work out 5% correctly for me either (and she had a calculator!)! After some help from her less inept colleague she got it right!

  Good luck trying to get them to match that. They have to confirm that the store has stock before pricematching, and fluidtek NEVER answer the phone.
  Also fluidtek don't do delivery so that completely rules out interstate buyers

    All I've ever needed to do at OfficeWorks is present the print-out of the website, plus the delivery details with my postcode (or similar) inserted, and they'll match the price minus 5%.

  Sorry, did I mention they have been sold out for a few days but I still got OW and Dick Smith to do it. Also they never pick up the phone, so let them call, it doesn't matter. Just don't let them look at the site. I have a screenshot of the $45 price, how do I upload it?

  PS. It was still listed at $45 when I posted this. Maybe I got so many ppl interested that Fluidtek caught on and finally updated their site. I'll try and work out how to upload the screenshot (how do I put it online with the highest resolution?)

  As for the price, I never even thought about it but the girl wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed so she stuffed up, but $42.75 is still great, the guy at Dick Smith was impressed, he first said no but his boss says they must stick to their 'best price' policy. Even a price match at $45 is still great value. I was first finding it hard to get them at $59 price-matching Wireless1.
