      I haven't found that. I've bought a HDD from them and returned it after finding it was DOA and they swapped it on the spot without even testing it.

    You mean, instead of placing a support ticket and never having a response, or only getting a single response with no additional follow-up once you put in a Paypal claim?

      Either that or having to deal with shipping it back to them and then try to claim the return postage back, then have them claim there's nothing wrong and want to charge to send it back, or whatever else. Dealing with a store in person is usually much easier than doing it via email/phone.

  The Samsung 840 250GB & the Samsung 830 256GB are low on stock, so we can't do any deal on them. Sorry about that.
  For reliability - 830s have proven record of being reliable, while 840s are new and awaiting for more people to give them the recognition.
  We have sold quite some, and so far they are looking pretty reliable.

  The price of 512GB is going to keep creeping up as time goes - they are discontinued model.
  256GB will not go on sale again - it has been discontinued and we are selling whatever's left.
