If you still only have a 5GB Box account, get an upgrade to 15GB for free by signing in to Box using Astro file manager on your Android device.

It only comes with 2gb free.
You're thinking of dropbox. Box is a separate service, and they offer a 5GB free account for personal use.

Is Box as good as DropBox?
for storing files, yes.
for automatic backups and stuff off your phone, not so much. Box doesn't have that automation built in. I still use box though, as I got a 50gb account when signing up with my HP Touchpad. :)
Box seems to have more offers and promotions to extend your free storage though.

I like Box, it's not automated like DropBox or GDrive but it has it's place none the less. I use all 3 and use Box differently to the other 2.
Pitty this 15GB doesn't stack with those who have larger storage already (I have 25GB)

Where do you get that idea from?
You can download as many files as you want at the same time using the browser login. And the sync tools synchronises all your files, just like Dropbox.
Care to explain that first sentence? Pretty bold statement there.
