I read some reviews of these. It seems the cheaper is probably the better of the two (One more pro, one less con).
Pro: both touchscreen
Pro: both support DRM Pub through ADE
Pro: Cybook has accelerometer which works well and buttons are orientation sensitive
Con: one doesn't have WiFi (iRiver) and the other has a bad browser which is how you buy books wirelessly
Con: both screens a bit reflective due to touch layer
Con: iRiver slow to turn on, slow to load large books (quick once loaded)
