There has been a Friday special at Global Burgers for a few weeks in a row now where you can buy buffalo wings for 25c each. So should be on again today. You can check their Facebook page to confirm:

Great burgers too. Am popping into the Coorparoo Global (near Woolies) today anyway, so will try some.
Actually I'm a bit envious. I haven't had any real BWs for years. I think the last was a transit through a US airport. None of the pretenders here resemble the artery clogging stuff I had years ago.
Imagined you and Homer Simpson clones drooling over those wings! Sad to disappoint, but the place sells fairly healthy food like gourmet burgers. Have had the huge $20 steak sandwich with sweet potato fries & Japanese beer ($11 voucher deal). The wings & sometimes the coffee are the only cheap deals.
Do you at least get blue cheese dressing and celery sticks with them? Not BW without the BCD.
Now I'm drooling! Don't think so by the poster in the store - just the wings. Better look for a cheap flight.
The pic shows celery sticks, but the dressing could be anything, ranch maybe. Let us know Bruce!

That's the other main variant on the dressing. I prefer the BCD though.
And because it's chicken, not buffalo, no BSE either!

If you're ever in Brisbane you could try The Smoke BBQ in New Farm - their buffalo wings are served with BCD and celery twigs, with a choice of hotness in sauce. They used to do 50c wings on Wednesdays but I haven't been for a while so not sure if that's still going.
There's also Carolina Kitchen in Coorparoo which I've heard mostly good things about but haven't gotten to yet myself.

Its just a name & relates to the types of burgers based on global locations. Fairly new franchise.

was in the CBD approx 3 years ago. was a global fail.
Went to the Rockhampton store tonight to get a big feed of buffalo wings, turns out that the franchise here offers this on Tuesdays rather than Fridays. I showed the manager the Facebook page and he agreed to give us 3 wings each at the price. just a heads up to those in the Rockhampton area.
Literally devastated these guys aren't in Melbourne. I would smash this deal. In my mouth.
