    I've fixed it up. From my brief look on the site, it does appear they sell similar dresses for around $70. The ones listed in the sale don't appear on their website, so I'm unsure as to how one orders one.

    Rep, it may be a good idea if you add more items to the sale to add them in your description here.

        Rep, as you are still 'here', please tell us why you are exempt from rules regarding no returns - and having ABN/ACN displayed on your site.

        As I responded below, the no returns things is just for the sale. How is this against the rules? Don't most places do final sale when they reduce prices? If customers complain of a manufacturer's fault or anything, we would of course honour a refund. But for sale items, we don't accept returns due to a simple change of mind.

        I'm not a manager so I don't know what the rules are regarding ABN/ACN. I posted our ABN below and it's printed on the invoices we ship out with our packages.

        I understand via ASIC that the ACN/ABN must be on the site if you are selling things.

  Is this legal?

  I can only find a mobile phone number, and a post box mailing address, no ABN/ACN on the site.

  The Domain registration is using CrazyDomains' mailing address (Post Box) as the contact address, and "Private Registration" as the contact name.

    The no returns/exchanges thing is just for the Flash Sale. Of course if we send anything faulty, we accept returns. Just not for a simple change of mind.

        What is the original statement? NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES? What's the breach? It's just a basic note for the rules of the flash sale so that our buyers understand before ordering.

        ‘No refund’ and other signs
        Signs that state ‘no refunds’ are unlawful, because they imply it is not possible to get a refund under any circumstance – even when there is a major problem with the goods or service.

        For the same reason, the following signs are also unlawful:
        no refund on sale items
        exchange or credit note only for return of sale items.

        Signs that state ‘No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind’ are acceptable.
