Does anyone have any recommendations for a ready-made meals service offering a decent welcome discount? Staying in Australia for a few weeks and not too keen on cooking. Ideally something without many preservatives and additives like YouFoodz,

    I made a list but haven't tried many yet other than Hello Fresh and YouFoodz. Was planning to go through the list then cancel as they often give discounts to return. Got some good cashbacks and discounted giftcards with Hello Fresh so have stayed with them for a while.

      Make-out meals seems to be dead.

      Also plenty more services on cookaborough.com.au, but they're usually smaller local providers, so the discounts vary wildly

      Yeah for sure, that's what I normally get. Huge selection of those here compared to NZ, that's for sure. Do you know when's a good time to shop, to get them discounted?

        Given they are frozen it won't be part of any end of day discount. Keep a look out in catalogues or posts here for freezer specials.

          Sorry misread your comment. I meant the ready made fresh meals they usually have in store, I've heard they can sometimes get discounted near the end of shelf life

      aldi does some too, the chipotle bowl in particular is awesome i feel
      they're not frozen though, so generally want to just keep in the fridge and consume within a few days.

      Thanks dude, exactly what I was looking for. YouFoodz style meals without the additives. Looks like there's no limit on how many meals you can order as well on the code…can you use it more than once?

        Yes.
        Been using if for a couple of years, i reckon.
        Plus they chuck in a couple extra when you buy 30+, well for me anyway.
