@King Steuart: Yeah, 7 Wonders for $9 went super quick. Must have only had a few copies of that. Lots of great great prices but need to be lucky to be able to get C&C. Actually quite a few great games at $9 if you managed to get them.
@ozbs25: Still saw 7 Wonders duel in store but they weren't $9. Not sure was the same version but doesn't show online as sold out anymore.

@King Steuart: Yeah, that's what got me to get the membership. It wasn't going to last long at $149 let alone make it to the public start time. I'm hoping none of mine get cancelled.
It does look like EB Games is going to do this semi regularly. For board games it does kinda make sense. They take up a lot of shelf space and there are always new games coming through.
@ozbs25: Yeah they do seem to be flogging off their board games quite frequently now. This sale has El grande for $39 again. Arcs for $49 is also fantastic.
I refuse to and know I'll be annoyed when I miss out on what I have wishlisted. Frustrating you can't even check if they have them in store without plus.

Well that gem of info has saved me bothering hanging about waiting, no stock in stores or available to post to my area for anything I was interested in.
@Pobman: It should probably be a note in all of these EB Plus deals. This trick has worked for all of them so far. The last few sales there was lots of good stuff but nothing nearby. This time I could see a lot of the stuff I wanted was within driving distance so the membership was finally worthwhile getting.
Absolutely nothing for me. Either out of stock or no stock locally for what wanted. On top of that I bought the subscription today and didn’t even get the “free” gift for subscribing.

Basically cheap prices but no stock anywhere and no shipping. So you have to be lucky to live close to a place with stock.
Last time we got two lightsabres, two Captain Carter shields, a good stack of games, the unicorn game holder thing for the eldest (at 5 bucks), and a bunch of other crap we didn't need.
If there's any more sabres at 100 like last time (won't bite at 150), I'd get some more, they're surprisingly decent quality, take a hit pretty well.

Yeah, I tried to buy that but none close. I don't want to spend anything on delivery. I have 6 games across two different stores to pick up.
If the delivery is only <$9 I would say well worth it still but get what you mean. They kill it with not offering a bundled delivery price.
No where near as much this sale im interested in and some that were in the last sale are back at higher prices. Hopefully they add more like they did last time.Honestly I shouldn't be buying anything but I couldn't resist Frostpunk. Then there's all the other games I ended up buying. The delivery thing is just one way to avoid buying more things…
@ozbs25: Forstpunk is a big purchase but in true Ozbargain spirit it's an amazing deal. For me, I checked out the complexity of the games that looked interesting to weed out ones I likely would pick up and immediately think "too hard basket". Took a leaf out of your book and avoided delivery myself although really liked the look of Unicorn Fever but wouldnt deliver to here. I ended up getting 8, probably 2 I shouldn't have gotten but will make good gifts.

This sale is a great big con, no stock available to collect or deliver to my area!
Zing site went through after EB kept on erroring out, much harder to find a decent deal than the last times.
Cheap Tuesday is more like con sale, whether out of stock or items is far far away, trash like their last Tuesday sale

Some really good deals e.g. Frosthaven (OOS), 7 Wonders, not much stock around of course but some of the prices are crazy, so no surprise.

That's what kills this deal. I had 4 items in my cart and I went to checkout and it wants 4 separate delivery fees because they're each shipping from somewhere different. No thanks.
Imperium: Horizons is a steal for $49 (previous cheapest was ~$90) and lots of locations still have stock. Very solid game from Nigel Buckle and David Turczi (8.6 on BGG).
I got the blue yeti for $60. So cheap!
