        It seems like everyone's order was tracked at $0, so are you really expecting everyone to write into customer service? My cashbacks for the Woolworths GC promo + bonus scratch card also haven't tracked yet. Current sentiment is not good, you guys need to fix your issues ASAP.

        I did not use any code but normal ebay cashback still tracked at $0. I bought 6 items in one transaction and they were tracked separately. Should I report 6 separate times to customer service?

        did not use codes, transaction completed before 9pm,
        got the 10% bank bonus but 12% ebay tracking at $0. still on 5Apr25.

        lodged ticket and your Singapore based support reply didnt help at all, told me to wait to 20May for $0 to change to not zero.

        I monitor my cashbacks until they're approved. I've had a few disputes with SB but as long as I've provided evidence they've paid out

    Generic reply back from shopback customer service when we lodged our incorrect bank bonus (which was tracked at $0.00)

    "Hi ShopBack user,

    We would like to inform you that it may take up to 14 days for the Bonus Cashback to be tracked and verified in your account, provided you are eligible to receive it based on the program terms and conditions.

    If, after this 14-day period, you find that the Cashback has not been tracked in your account, we kindly request you to revert back to us with the following details:

    1) Order confirmation (screenshot or PDF file) that shows the payment method and card number used to make the payment.
    2) Bank statement (kindly ensure that it shows your card number)
    3) The first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card:

    • I have one pending ticket https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16267075/redir, with incorrect tracking.
      SB support told to wait after it turns to paid, which will be 2+ months after.

      anyway I recently lodged request for missing cb more than 1year ago, surprised they still honored but said the money is from SB pocket.

        For every one of the claims they pay out """as goodwill""" to customers who jump through the hoops, they've pocketed hundreds of others as undeserved extra profit from customers who didn't/forgot.

      • It was not ideal having to manually contact them. But I used the in-app chatbot to leave a message. An "eBay Cashback Adjustment" was added to my account the next day.

  • I lodged a ticket on 29 March 2025, provided proof of purchase on 1 April 2025, and it was resolved today.

    They have paid more than the promotional amount as they have calculated the "eBay Cashback Adjustment" on the GST-inclusive amount.

  • Lodged issue with Shopback. A WASTE OF TIME.

    Generic & Seem Wrong reply back from Shopback customer service in Singapore.

    Telling me the tracked amount can stay at $0.00 until 2025-05-20 then adjusted when merchant to finalized the Cashback amount.
    Thats 60days after purchase and tracking started.

    Have now received the item, ebay tracking say posted and received. Shopback still show $0.
