Shipping is double the price of the item.
Can I buy two and pick them up from you instead of giving AusPost money for nothing?

    • Yep, just email us at [email protected]

      The product page literally says:

Pickup: $0. Email us to arrange a pickup from our location in Brighton East 3187 in Melbourne at [email protected].

      • I'm about to modify that. We moved to Huntingdale over the weekend.

      • I prefer to pick it up in East Brighton. Can that still be an option?

@pjetson It doesn't say it in the OP title! Maybe it should.

btw Can only find the free pick-up option after going to the product page, scrolling down a screen down, clicking on the Delivery options, and then there it is at the bottom. Obviously not right there there "literally" on the product page as you implied.

Why would anyone want the pre-soldered with headers?
It defeats the purpose of them being small.

I get what you mean, but there’s a lot of people who want to tinker and learn so they’ll plug these into a breadboard. Probably better with a Teensy or something though, more GPIO. But that’s why.

      • You can get a genuine original Pi Pico for peanuts.

Don't buy a zero. They're painful to get work with. Get the Zero W so you have WIFI. For example getting data off the Pico without WIFI is "fun".

      ESP32 ftw

      • +1

ESP32 is more capable. The libraries are less stable though. It's offputting when the demos are broken. And you're really better off sticking with Arduino Studio.
