AliExpress: 25% Cashback ($30 Cap Per Transaction) on Affiliated Products @ TopCashback AU

1862

As part of the AliExpress Anniversary sale is this massive cashback increase at TopCashback for all members. This will stack with AliExpress coupons, as long as the items are affiliated (see below), while new user accounts are restricted from using coupon codes.

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. It's very important that you confirm your order as received within 90 days of ordering to be eligible for cashback. Please note some orders may automatically mark themselves as received once the tracking is shows as delivered.

Cashback terms and exclusions

  • Cashback is eligible only on affiliated products. Enter the product ID or URL on this link to check eligibility, then click the 'Get Cashback' button to complete your order.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of the following items: face masks, medical consumables, gift cards, virtual products, coupons, travel, ebooks, AliExpress Top-up, and any non-affiliated AliExpress products.
  • Confirmation of goods received must be made in your AliExpress account within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.
  • A $30 cashback cap applies per AliExpress transaction (unless specified differently during promotions advertised on TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • AliExpress trades in US dollars meaning the purchase amount and the cashback amount tracked may vary due to conversion rates.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding taxes & delivery charges. Your cashback may be slightly lower than expected due to this.
  • AliExpress reports transactions based on item and not combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report to your TopCashback account as multiple transactions.
  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they may prevent your order from tracking.

Wish it was not capped to max $30 LoL

    • +2

It's per transaction so you should be able to break it down into smaller transactions

  • +1

    Rough napkin math is $120

  • +4

    The value of HODL

  • anyone know if TCB will match shopback (lower rate, but higher cap?)

    • +1

      No

      • Before the increase, is price beat with TCB the same % rate and same TCB cap of $30?

        • Pricebeat yes, but only up to the $30 cap. If both have caps then TCB's cap applies.

  • Can this be combined with shop coupons too by any chance?

    • +1

      Yes

      • Nice!

      • +1

Where does it say that you can stack? usually no coupons can be used unless they are listed on TCB website? which one are listed?

        • +1

That's a generic disclaimer on all cashback sites. In the case of AliExpress if the product is affiliated coupons can be used.

  • Do you guys use the inside browser to go to AliExpress when using the TCB app?

    • +4

Mine goes from the TCB app to the AliExpress app.

    • +1

My iPad goes to the TCB embedded browser, in crap resolution, with an “Open in App” button at the top, which I press, then shop in the Ali app, then get my cashback ✅

  • +1

Cancelled order and reordered, thanks OP

  • how long does tracking take been 15 minutes no tracking

    • No more than an hour. If it still doesn't track I'd cancel and try again. Was the item affiliated?

      • did it track for u didnt seem to track for me

        • I always get tracking within 10 minutes.

  • I just bought earlier with 19% cashback…..

  • If I cancel an order an hour after I placed it will I get charged and refunded or just not charged at all?

I realize I missed out on like 10-15$ on 2-3 items by having cashrewards and it being capped at 25$ instead of going with shopback which is capped at 50$.

I paid in USD so if it's charged/refunded would rather not deal with the hassle of losing on exchange rates and hoping cashback tracks again.

Edit: yes it's been charged :(

Fk it, one order is actually 25$ gonna go for it - yolo

Edit #3: Tracked, that's how we do!

  • I’ve installed the TCB app.
Aliexpress loads within the app however whenever I click around it causes the Aliexpress app to launch.
Will this still work - if AE loads in the TCB app - then a prior to purchasing the AE app loads and takes over?

    • +2

That happens to me, I then proceed to shop in the Ali app, and then get cashback ✅

  • +3

Any idea when this will finish?

    • +2

      Email says 11:59pm AEDT 18 March 2025

  • Just super slow to click through to AE from TCB?

  • +3

Tracked well but seemed to under-report by 10% or so.
IE puchase price: AU $70.03 + Aliexpress GST Calculation AU $9.21

    Total = AU $79.24

TCB "purchase amount" = $63.91 so it's like it is taking off GST again from the already non-GST $70.03?
    Unless it is something else?

    • +1

Yep same here. Really disappointing. I think you're right, they may be excluding the GST. Gonna try Cashrewards now.

    • +1

Update: Cashrewards is now tracking at the full 25% for me even though it's advertised 19%??? My spend was $7.19 and tracked and $1.79 cashback (25%). Topcashback final spend was $4.63 and cashback was $0.74 (about 16%)

    • Same here - seems under reporting for 2 of my transactions. Really frustrating.

    • +1

I have raised the tickets now.

  • so many low feedback sellers. are choice sellers 'safe' or?

  • @clear cant seem to track a couple of COB lights, cancelled and reordered multiple times. both are affiliated.

  • $30 per transaction? So for the noob question but if I make two transactions of $150 each will I still receive cashback?

    • You'd receive $30 per transaction instead of $37.50 per transaction.

      • Sorry for super specific, if i make 1 transaction (1 click payment) consists of 2 items, one item costs $150 (total cart is $300), that means i will receive $30 x2 items = $60 cash back in total?

        • Only $30 because it's per transaction and not per item.

          • @Clear: Thanks. That means i misinterpreted this note:

"AliExpress reports transactions based on item and not combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report to your TopCashback account as multiple transactions."

Does it also mean, I better split those 2 items in 2 separate transactions, if I want to get cashback $30 per item right?
Or the cashback is only for one-time per account?

  • Guys, with TCB, roughly how long the cashback will be available to cash out?
Cashrewards is very quick and cashback is nearly instantly to cash out once you confirm orders received but TCB seems to take much longer.

  • I didn't but could I have used these codes also and get the 25% ? US$2 off US$19, US$6 off US$39, US$8 off US$59, US$12 off US$89

    • Yes. If the products are affiliated code usage is fine.

  • Bought 3 items and they tracked maybe an hour later. This was done with the Chrome extension.
25% is pretty crazy, I don't think it was this high during 11/11. Glad to see competition between the cashback sites.

    • +2

      Yeah but $30 cap

      • True. Emptied my wishlist during 11/11 so I didn't have much to buy this time around.
What can I say, the Chinese are squeezing me in more ways than one :)

    • All three items were from same seller or different ad tracked as one transaction or multiple?

      • +1

Different sellers, same cart. Did not close the browser window but I did close tabs here and there.

        • The cashback came as a single transaction or multiple? Didi you use any coupon like OZAU10 etc?

          • +1

@ChipsChicky: Each transaction tracked at the same time, and are listed at their own prices+cashbacks. I used the OZAU02(?) for $2 off a 19USD cart.

  • Doesnt seem to be tracking at 25% unfortunately. More like 15%. I'll stick with Cashrewards as they usually track at exactly whatever percentage they offer (and my previous purchases got approved and available to withdraw far quicker than both TCB and SB).

    • Are you sure about that? Mine tracks at 25%. Are you trying to factor in GST and shipping?

  • Thanks clear, cancelled my item and reordered with cashback after checking it was eligible. Cancelling items is so much better on AliExpress than eBay.

    • Update, cashback tracked in 10 mins. Minus shipping and gst as usual. 25% received

  • +1

Cashrewards is now tracking at the full 25% for me even though they advertise 19%??? My spend was $7.19 and tracked and $1.79 cashback. Topcashback final spend was $4.63 and cashback was $0.74 (about 16%)

    • Mine is 25%, spent $80.29, tracked at $66.20, pending cashback is $16.55.

  • What is everyone buying with this? I want to find the aliexpress hidden gems!

  • Good luck buying from AliExpress. They have no control over their shippers but will protect them no matter what. They will lie to your financial institution and say a proof of shipment from a portal in China is a proof of delivery for your goods in Australia. Your cashback is a runner up prize if you even get that!

    • Ive found them to be pretty good, with a peppering of dodgy seller, or sellers selling items they dont have in stock that want me to wait. Always get refunded though.

    • contact the AFCA if your financial institute is doing this.

  • where can you find the product ID?

    Is it after item/xxxxxx?

    • +1

      Yes.

    • Weird thing is you can not search by item number for all items either.

    • +1

@Frantic @drspy00 I use chrome mobile browser in my android phone. Just copy paste the product link to check the product eligibility. Easy

      • Cheers man, yeah was doing that just wanted to be sure

  • I still have cashbacks which has been in pending status for 4 months (since mid November last year). They take their sweet (profanity) time even when it does track and a lot of the time it doesnt. NOT worth the risk imo. Hurry the (profanity) up an process the Aliexpress cashback before you shutdown at some point.

    • Confirmation of goods received must be made in your AliExpress account within 90 days of placing your order to be eligible for cashback.

Have you confirmed the order as received in AliExpress under My Orders?

      • I usually confirm within a few days of delivery. If the order takes longer than 90 days to get to me because of the delivery process i.e. something outside of my control, that should in NO WAY impact the cashback. Although it doesnt apply on this instance if they EVER try weasel out of paying out on that technicality (profanity) em.

  • cashbacks all tracked quickly for me, its a pretty good deal.

  • These guys suck at tracking aliexpress. To clarify, Ive had zero problems with shopback and cashrewards tracking aliexpress orders… It's just these guys that suck. Yes, I turn off add blockers and all the rest of the stuff you're supposed to do. I give up on TCB for aliexpress.

    • No problems using TCB tracking

      Easiest is via app

  • Tracked under 20 minutes for me :) I used Chrome mobile browser only in my android phone with Paypal also in the browser.

Thanks @Clear I bought a cheap nice watch that cannot be put into cart (anniversary sale SuperDeals), so purchased separately with another purchase for other goods that can be put into cart. Both tracked no problem.

  • Until when is this upsized cashback running?

    • Until before midnight today

  • @Clear I have ordered from 3 sellers, 3 different items. Total paid is $65 and tcb is showing that Purchase value is $8.42 - is it gona track each item/store separately?

    • Yes each item is tracked individually. Obviously if they're unaffiliated they won't show. You're probably better off cancelling the untracked and making separate orders again

      • I was able to apply OZAU10 code by combining all of them - if didn't track in next 30 mins for rest of items, I think i better cancel and place again.

      • I cancelled and ordered again. Order value around $85 and also used the code OZAU10 but cashback is showing that Purchase is $19 something. Not sure what's going on. Should i cancel and order again or just talk to CS afterwards? All products are affiliated.

  • TCB definitely wins fastest tracking of cashback. Almost instant.

  • I ordered one cheap item incorrectly. Will cancelling a $5 item stuff up my other $300 items?

    • Ive heard it is all separate orders, but double check.

  • +2

I have raised the tickets now for GST issue. Very frustrating. GST was compensated by Coupons, yet TCB is taking GST out of final value and that even isn't correct. Not sure what's happening but my head is spinning now.

    • +1

There is a massive problem with aliexpress and the tax. Nobody seems to care how much they charge, which is drastically wrong, or if it even gets passed on to the tax office in Australia., I highly doubt it does! Its always calculated wrongly, so I could be owed hundreds of dollars in incorrectly charged tax. But it varies in how wrong it is. Sometimes its just the tax calculated at the original price before discount, which is almost acceptable, but when its more its simply a scam!
