  • What are people's thoughts on getting this vs 2023 model?

The 2024/2025 version has a more powerful CPU, the same display overclocked with a higher refresh rate and faster storage at the cost of losing the microSD card. It's more of a revision than a major upgrade.

And this might be undermining this deal but I speculate there could be an OLED model coming out, based on the legion go 2 which will use a 8.8" 1600p panel. And will probably use the snapdragon 8 elite which is a substantial upgrade over the gen 3. Though it will definitely be more expensive.

      • Thanks everybody, might bite the bullet on the ~450 2023 model, doesn't sound like the upgrades are necessary for my use case
