A massive cashback increase at Shopback for the AliExpress Anniversary Sale.

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. Cashback tracking

      Seeing these posts on every Shopback deal. I've literally never missed a CB tracking with SB over the course of a couple of years.

      Use the app, follow the rules and it works.

      At this point the amount of complaints almost feels like sock puppeting from a competitor.

    So, second time I've had this happen …
    In browser clicked through Shopback site to AliExpress, went to Shopping Cart, Checkout, all good, then I find some items registered with Shopback, and some with TopCashback. Lucky both have upsized cashback!

      This happened to me last year.

      Shopped first with SB as they had the highest rate for existing customers.

      Then couple of days later, I choose to use CR as they matched SB rates but also had a targeted $5 bonus. But the cashback never tracked with CR, which usually tracks within a few minutes.

      Some hours hours later I get a notification from SB that they have tracked a purchase from AliExpress, but I didn't even open/use SB on that day. WTF!

        Same, clicked for EDM, but a day later also tracked a woolies shop without clicking hehe. Also happened on ebay. Seems to be a regular issue now for some reason …

      Past experience is, using coupons & coins on AliExpress does not affect cashback, other than obviously you’re spending less. Items do need to be affiliated (use the affiliate checker link) to get cashback, but if you just buy Choice items you’re pretty safe in my experience.

    Have checked the product using the link checker, it's eligible.

    Have people been denied cashback from Shopback for using coupons? They'd be scamming you out of your cashback if it was an affiliated item because AE still pays out regardless hence why TCB and CR pay regardless of what coupon you use.

    Is cashback eligible if when clicking on the product I found on AliExpress page opens in a completely different tab? I found this issue on eBay as well. Never had this issue on any other sites like Amazon. I use Google Chrome and I doubt it's a browser issue.
