    • I do not understand what you are trying to say?

      • i think he meant there is a better deal not long ago

Well assuming this OP was correct if all prices are INC GST then I would say this deal is slightly better, especially if you are claiming back the GST.

        • these are imported phones. not aussie stock

Same as Kogan, you still get an Australian warranty.

        • So with that other 'bargain' - where the stock has to be imported by the buyer.

No warranty support from SAMSUNG in Australia.

Phones would have to go back to Hong Kong.

          UK/HK power/charger plug.

No A-Tick. So perhaps a lower resale value when one wants to update their phone.

I think this place No Worries sells Australian market phones - hence the GST invoice.

          I do not understand.

          1) Are No Worries selling legal Australian market SAMSUNG mobile phones, with A-Tick, and with Australian market power supplies/chargers?

          2) SAMSUNG Australia have confirmed to me that they do not support SAMSUNG mobile phones from other markets. So who is replacing/repairing these SAMSUNG phones?

I am revoking my positive vote pending a reply to these questions

Still no reply either here or from my question asked at their site - so a neg from me.

          Apologies A3,

I have only just seen your reply. i though I had subscribed to this thread but apparently not.

No Worries are selling Samsung phones that are sourced from our internationally based distributors and sent from Hong Kong direct to customers.

No Worries provides a 12 month warranty for all items. If there is an issue with the phone within the warranty period, then No Worries will replace/repair it.

So your customers are deamed to be the importer is the item is seized?

What about the charger? The UK style plug?

So the customer is without a phone while you get a technician to examine the phone? Where? In Australia or back in Hong Kong?

If the phone is replaced does the customer have to wait again for a Hong Kong replacement to be sent?

If the phone is to be repaired. Does the customer wait while the phone is repaired by SAMSUNG in Hong Kong.

Or will it be repaired by an unauthorized repairer here or in Hong Kong? If so, will non genuine parts be used?

I would rather pay a little more for an approved AU model with an approved charger and plug - and with a local two year warranty from SAMSUNG AU.

Can you do any deals for Galaxy Note II 3G???

    • Hi Aussie,

Both the Blue and the White 3G Note II's are $594 + shipping making the blue $5 cheaper and the white $25 cheaper than Kogan before shipping is added so we can't really do better than that.

      • $610 including shipping for White 3G Note II seems quite good. Will you issue an invoice showing yr ABN and the GST amount so that I can claim GST back at the airport when travelling overseas soon?
