why?
There's absolutely no way these are legit.
well since they're free!! give them a go.
Not free! $6.95!
These thing are worthless.
Really ugly and small, not sure anyone would want to wear them.
Its really worth $5 and the claim of it being $49 is absolutely rubish
Pay $6.95 and you will be disappointed.-> Webstersx
I think you need to read Shopping Square's lack of detail, before you question if it's legit.
The only thing they say is Swarovski element crystals. Buy a large batch of them, it's cheap. They don't say what metal it is.
They don't say what size the stone is.I can find nicer ones from top-rated sellers on e-Bay for cheaper. (Nicer as in, stone seems to be larger with size specified and use of precious metals for plating has been specified)
Also, I'm not sure if you are aware they specify the use of crystals that come from Swarovski. They don't say the whole piece is made by the Swarovski group.
Negging below though, due to finding possibly better equivalent products for cheaper, elsewhere.
Way to make someone feel welcome….not! It is an OK deal. $6.95 for a pair of earrings is a decent buy.
I agree with your first sentence but not the 2nd.

I really want the ACCC to come down hard on these douchebags selling fake stuff as legit.

Welcome to OzB. I am negging the deal and not you, purely to highlight a few issues with the deal.
- Shopping Square does not specify:
- size of stone
- what metals are used (eg precious, low allergy, cheaper metals)
So people need to bear that in mind if they can get rashes from jewelry.
- I can find a top-rated eBay seller, selling Swarovski element studs, with size of stones specified (and looks larger compared to the Shopping Square photo - I compare the stone size to the stem that will go through the ear) and also specifies the use of precious metals for plating (so hopefully is better for those who get rashes from some jewelry)
