Anyone else having problem with revanced/YouTube?
I followed the revanced set up to get YouTube without ads and everything was working well for a couple of months. However, in the last few weeks it has stopped working properly. Most the time now my YouTube video will get about 20% through the video and then stop. It stops at the exact same spot if I try again or use another device.
It is better than revanced? In what way

Having same issue with newpipe lately. Am often now resorting to Firefox and ublock but it sucks compared to newpipe.
Monopolies (even convenient ones) suck. YT is good at rounding up users hacks and shortcuts,adblockers etc. And slowing,stoping etc for changing their own YT settings. I miss the good old days
pipepipe is where it's at these days. it has sponsor block built in. smart tube next is still king for android tv.

Revanced and pipepipe add extra features that aren't found with Youtube Premium, like Sponsorblock. You are literally paying for a substandard service when better free options are readily available. No need to worry
It won't be $8 a month for long. As time goes on, the service will get worse while prices rise

Have you tried updating it to the latest version?
I use StopTheMadness and it works mostly. There's often a few seconds delay. And a few times a year I get the ad blocker nag. I think StopTheMadness tricks YouTube into thinking the ads have been watched, rather than actually blocking them.
