Just wondering if anyone else in Victoria is having issues with their NBN?
There was some scheduled maintenance works on Thursday, and since then the connection has either been terribly slow, or not working at all.
We're in St Kilda East.
Our provider is Southern Phone, they claim it is an NBN issue… So wondering if anyone else is in the same position as us?

All 4 lights have been steady green the whole time. Southern Phone's status website is reporting operational issues in Victoria…
This was the text we received today after I called them:
Information: We are aware of performance degradation of internet and voice services in Victoria and are working with our Engineers to resolve this as soon as possible. A change in our network was made on Thursday 20th February and some services are still impacted. Please continue to reboot your modem as the first level of troubleshooting.

Performance Issues
Thanks for the other thread; good to see it's not just me, but annoying that it's not being communicated properly
SE Suburbs Superloop was down from about midnight to 7am, then fluctuating on and off till about 10am. NBN site said unplanned outages, and got an sms at about 11am (after it was fine) from Superloop saying issues are continuing.
Have you checked this to see if there are any issues?
