      im certain that if the electrical appliance is only 120v , its included in the initial product description under the pictures.
      Ive tried other products and saw that alert so these may be 220v compatible too
      You can check with amazon live chat to confirm

        Anything with an AC motor in it will NOT be compatible with both 120v and 240v. Only electronics with switching power supplies can be multi voltage. These will be 120v being US.

      Quite sure the sewing machines will be 120V too. Best to steer clear of them.
