$200 Trade-in Bonus Coupon for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (e.g. 256GB $1937, 512GB $2137) @ JB Hi-Fi

110

This deal stacks with $1700 off S25 Ultra on $99 per month for 24 months plan. Deal expired

Essentially if you jump through all the hoops you ultimately can get S25 Ultra 256gb for $237 + $799.92 (cancellation fee) = $1036.92

There are variations where Samsung charge the first month's $99 then you'll get a reduced cancellation fee of $766.59.

I had a play around and the amount they give is better than Samsung's trade in values. For example S23 Ultra 512gb is $610 vs Samsung $595

In the past when JB trade in was under squaretradeup, you can apply for trade in, get the bonus voucher email, and cancel the trade in with no cost to you. Not sure if it is still possible with JB Assurant Trade In.

  • Hmm, if stackable with the $1100 off for the S25 vanilla might go for it, if not guess I'll just tell the rep thanks but no thanks then.

    • There is a separate coupon for s25 and s25+ you get $150 off.

If you do the linked trade in you'll actually get access to 3 codes. $200 off s25 ultra, $150 off s25 or s25+ and $600 off a google pixel pro.

    • If you want a $150 off code let me know I have 2 spare

  • Has anyone returned this for store credit? Had the store manager state that the voucher value won't be given back in the credit.

Edit: tried 2 stores turns out you can't.

  • How do you use the trade in offer towards the $99 pm deal?

    • The bonus trade-in credit is not meant to be stackable according to the T&C's, but some stores seem to allow it.

      • But how would it stack? You receive the trade in credit but the plan is 0 upfront and $99 p/m

        • +1

The plan is only $1700 off the price of the phone, so you're still up for at minimum $437 upfront for the Ultra. The $200 extra trade-in coupon can be applied to that (if they allow it, seems to be 50/50 again).
