What is everyones shipping dates?
Mine is unfortunately in mid march, but I did go for a Samsung online exclusive colour.
Same for 256GB Onyx Black up if you order now as it shows shipping date in cart. Think it was 3/3 when deal started, then 10/3 last night and now 17/3.
Yeah, my missus picked one of the exclusive colours and got a 4 week lead time
Does it just say 'order accepted' as well?
I got a dead broken A51 whose value is $10. If I say that it is all in working condition and then post the dead phone to Asurion what would Ausrion do about it? Happy for them to charge the whole $10 to me but will they also take the $60 security deposit? has anyone tried to do such thing?
last time I send a nice S21+ to Asurion and they valued it from $100 to $0 and then after lots of complaints they sent me a voucher of $5, so I would not blink an eye before sending a dead phone.
also Asurion is asking for driving licence front and back - things have changed since I last ordered from Samsung
Why not say its a dead phone, I mentioned my phone is dead and got given $1
Used a $100 code from the chat, 5% app discount and traded in S23 to get an upgrade to S24 for $103.55. Pretty good!
Just wondering if anyone has the option to pick up in store and beat the lead times on shipping?
Not sure about this anymore, the confirmation email says shipped to store from 17.3.25 sigh
You can always cancel. It said 17/3 shipping date for black and 3-4 weeks for exclusive colours during order process before payment so not much you can complain about.
I noticed trade-in value for S21 256G has went up. I traded my in last yr and it was $140, now it's like $165.
Inflation is real?? Even for trade-in??
I got the new 25 Ultra traded a S10E Asurion valued at $40 I went with it as Samsung took another $400 off the price. The phone was in good shape no scratches screen and battery were good as the phone has been in the drawer for 2 years.
I got an email saying I graded the phone wrong and they offered $1 for the phone I told them to send it back to me.
I would rather have a spare phone than $1.00
My custom order has flipped from 'Accepted' to 'Customising'. No change to ship from date.
$464 for me after applying $100 voucher and first time buy from app but won’t be buying it if it will be shipped in march, no way
What colour did you get?
Didn’t buy, if I buy it I want it tomorrow at my front door not in 3 weeks
Unless you specifically need it asap, what's the harm in waiting?
Considering this seems to be the lowest price this phone has ever been, it looks like the wait may be worth it for the savings.
Got an email saying it has been shipped. Black colour. Shipping date on the order was from 3rd March.
It will ask at the checkout stage
