Can't cancel it? Usually it's no problem if you get in quick enough.

That's what he said.
Talk to customer support, they will short thing out for ya
I'm shure they would too.
shudnt it be 25?
From memory they're 24 years old, which is why.
Prices are insane these days. Used to be some bargains on iherb but now I just stock up on melatonin as few times as possible.
Used to be great for getting weird american groceries but they're 2x the price of places like USA foods.
I know Melatonin is prescription only, but do the authorities actually care?
I've never had an issue. Tons of different types on the site and I grab a few of each one.
Never been checked though.
FWIW I've had Modafinil packages checked by ABP and let through.
Interesting, from where?
@krunchymoses: As a mature age student, I’ve been keeping an eye out for nootropics and such to help keep me focussed… modafinil comes up quite a bit but I’ve not found a good source yet. Any chance you could pm a link across?
If not for the modaf, anyone have any other nootropic suggestions? With the amount of caffeine I’ve been ingesting during the semesters, I’m looking to try and reign it back in.
Many thanks!
Link?
@melodicdusk: The site that I was getting moda from is now down :-( Stayed up for ages. RIP Modafinil Mike. What a guy.
I know Melatonin is prescription only
fyi it’s now available otc here :)
Yea for 55 and over, maybe I'll put the order in my parent's name :)
@R3XNebular: if they're also retired, then they could/should have a free Westpac account as well for bonus ShopBack :)
No they definitely don't care about melatonin
Nope. Many doctors are actively encouraging buying it from there or Biovea these days.
My kid's paediatrician wrote the website name on a piece of paper and pushed it towards me. So much cheaper than on Prescription here.
AUD is falling sharply, that's why.
Yeah I think this just straight up converts USD - AUD whereas when things get sent here on consignments etc the drop in the dollar takes a while to trickle down.
Only gonna get worse…(!)
There are less bargains but there are still a few to be had in Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg, Astaxanthin 10/12mg, COQ10 100/150/300mg are still much cheaper than local after using discount code. However, your right, the same products can be had at Chemist Warehouse for cheaper but lower mg content when on sale these days.
Plus, I trust iHerb and their brands more than Amazon for supplements or some of the lower quality OZ brands.
Im not finding any Coq10 cheaper than this https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/129876/healthy-care-…
That's ubidecarone (or ubiquinone). If you need CoQ10, what you need is ubiquinol, not its precursor ubiquinone, which older adults (40+) and people with chronic conditions (metabolic and CVD) are pretty poor at converting.
@wisdomtooth: Which brand are you taking
I found this https://au.iherb.com/pr/california-gold-nutrition-ubiquinol-… but still quite pricey
@ripesashimi: Currently? Microgenics.
At the lowest, you can get it for $3.89/g.
But CW's own brand Wagner goes as low as $2.67/g.
At $2.98/g (with both the current discount and subscription — just cancel it as soon as you receive it), that iHerb one is not much more expensive than that.
@wisdomtooth: apparently doesn't seem to be much evidence suggesting that taking ubiquinol is significantly superior to ubiquinone?
A study by Peter H. Langsjoen and Alena M. Langsjoen involving 12 healthy volunteers found that after four weeks of supplementation, plasma CoQ10 levels increased to 4.3 µg/mL with ubiquinol, compared to 2.5 µg/mL with ubiquinone, indicating better absorption of ubiquinol.
sorry, you’ll have to do better than that :)
Ran outta PB Fit - thanks op!
The discount is all made up!
past suggestions: Melatonin, Vitamin D3, Magnesium Glycinate, Cod Liver Oil
note that apparently @easternculture can source melatonin cheaper here than iherb
Thanks OP, that discount worked for me and I could also combine it with the 20% Autoship & Save website offer!
I tried to combine - it didn't work for me, it substituted an Autoship discount with the 24% one.
LOL @ these scammers every chance they get. I remember when they used to offer actually good prices and would throw gifts in to their parcels and give you something to look forward to…
I am a new shopper at iHerb, can I ask you what do you mean they're 'scammers'? Is that because of iHerb prices or is there more that would make you describe them as scammers?
Maybe he means some have filler ( silicon dioxide, silica etc … )?
iherb is mostly a reseller so has no control over the quality of the products. In general they sell high quality brands. There are a few 'inhouse' brands
They always increase the base price then offer some 'sale' on said increased price
Guys I need something for me waning libido. Any true and tested products for someone without nutritional deficiencies?

ZMA and saw palmetto, but mostly ZMA. Powerful stuff. The 'Now' brand or the TestoFX stuff are great (from experience)
Which version of ZMA have you tried if you don't mind sharing?
I'm having trouble sleeping, lacks motivation and losing muscle mass.
Am already taking supplements for zinc and magnesium, along with a multivitamin.
I did drop the high dose multi-B vitamins about a year ago. Maybe I should try that first.Aging sux.
I take TestoFx at the moment. Much cheaper and no loss in quality or effect.
Up your (high quality) protein intake. Go way above the gram to kg ratio or whatever is used. Red meat will work wonders. If you do that you'll likely notice far less muscle atrophy and better hormones too.
Multivits rarely do much as the dosage for each is so minute.
Prescription testosterone, exercise, Cialis/Viagra
I think you misgendered her 😄
@Bunnyburger: Try this.
The relevant ingredient there is lactobacillus reuteri. You can take the capsules, or you can cultivate it in milk (at body temperature) into a yoghurt, and have a spoonful every morning before breakfast.
Fiber and focus on using supplements which potentially lower Prolactin.
Didn't realise you were a girl. Try L-Arginine. It's a potent vasodilator and can increase bloodflow to the female and male genital tissue.
What sorta guy publicly declares he's got "waning libido" on an open forum?? We don't even use those sorta words! 😄
I love how this community has come together! :3
Oh ffs, literally ordered from iherb 11 mins ago haha
