    My s23 ultra that i want to trade in has cracked screen/lcd….

People are getting $400 code from samsung code anyway - and there is 3 days to put the pre-order through so there is no rush. I will most likely buy from JB as it has better deal, just not sure what to do with the $20 evoucher haha

                          @CodeXD: Is the JB deal better? EPP store plus all coupons brings S25 Ultra to ~$1,020 + $30 no trade in fee. After you return the $200 accessory you buy, that's $850. JB is $230+~$770+$99, total over $1k.

    I've got it down to $581.10 in Gov store for the S25U 512gb with 2 x duo chargers, screen protector, silicone case and 2 years Samsung +.

    Includes trade in of S24U 512gb model.

    Was alot better last year.

    Can anyone cast their mind back a year and when/if the price of the S23U dropped after the S24 was launched?

    Reason I ask is that this seems to be not much of an upgrade over the S24U and I kinda still want the Bluetooth S-Pen so would be happy to purchase an S24U

      After S24 released S23 Ultra dropped to be consitently at $1300-1400 with Samsung ocassionally offered around 1k deals. However the ATL was around $800 from Samsung with trade in bonus

            @CVonC: That was trading in headphones with trade value of $1 which gave $600 trade in bonus.
            They had a bundle deal where you got 20% discount by adding 2 extra items with cheapest being USB C drives or micro SD cards. The $588 was the phone and 2 usb c drives.
            Other discounts were 10% app discount, 10% loyalty code, $100 loyalty code, $50 newsletter code, Secret 10 code which i cant remember what discount that gave.

    Came to $1, 133.45 with $95 phone trade in

    I think you could get slightly lower if you went for as close to $200 on accessories as I went $58.90 over the $200 galaxy2025 allowance

      The tip is that when you were kicked out, either it will pop up a window saying new chat with an AI chat bot or the live chat button. Dont refresh page, just click on one of them and it will be likely to get you to the point you were kicked out. At least it worked for me that way.

        Nah just kept creating a new chat for me. Just gave up and ended up calling.
        PSA for anyone else having issues, was connected almost immediately by calling although i'm a little confused with voucher they gave me. Apparently it's a $150 bonus trade in voucher or if not trading in it's $300 off…not sure if the person on the phone got that switched…
        Btw, i only enquired about the base model
