        • I didnt neg but what did you trade in to get it down to that price? What accessory didnt you cancel?

          • @8azinga: i didnt cancel a case, i traded in an old iphone 14 laying around

            • @Quarter Pounder: Listing the price without listing the trade in is kinda useless, especially when its an iphone 14 that takes a fair bit off the price.
They also asked for a price NOT from the EDU/EPP site.

Jumped ship back to android, some great trade in deals.

    Galaxy S25 Ultra - JetBlack 256GB
Watch Series 7 Bluetooth 44mm with Sport Band
    Total - $1,155.58

    Discounts:
    - $100 Galaxy eVoucher+
    - $200 eVoucher discount.
    - $400 Trade-In bonus.
    - $150 Trade-In bonus applied (traded an old Apple watch series 5, worth around $100-$130

Mobile Monster offering $740 for my Iphone 14 Pro Max 128gb.

so looking at $415.58 for a new watch and phone, happy with that.

    • Sorry how did you get 2 trade in bonuses? ($150 & $400)

      • 150$ is auto, 400$ need to request from Samsung itself

      • Yes, $150 auto bonus, extra $400 through the members app

  • anyone getting stuck on the checkout page upon entering the serial number for the trade ins?

  • Has anyone been unable to cancel the accessories once they put in the order? Worried if I added in a Buds 3 Pro to make use of the $200 GALAXY2025 voucher it won't allow me to cancel it.

    • +1

Lots of people havent been able to cancel accessories.

      • Ooof, that sucks. There goes the opportunity to drive down the prices more.

      • +2

I managed to cancel buds 3 pro, I think you need to ad more than one accessories to cancel one. I added screen protector and buds pro, cancelled buds now hoping I get the refund.

        • Seems like you're right. Another user did the same as what you did, so this seems to work. Good stuff.

        • Ahhhhh right. I used this trick last year but forgot to add 2 accessries this time, and only added 1 buds pro.

    • +1

use the normal buds and it will be free when you use $200, for me at the Corporate Portal it was prices as $179 + $27 case = $206, so literally free.

  • Ordered S25U 512gb, Buds $179, S25 Clear case $27 total paid $257.54

    Trade in S23U 1TB $640, apple iPad 3rd Gen Wifi 128GB $325 , total $940 in trade IN VALUE.
Your $100 Galaxy eVoucher+ has been applied!
    Voucher applied! $200 eVoucher discount.
    Voucher applied! $400 Trade-In bonus.
    $150 Trade-In bonus applied.

P.S. for those listing phones they not intend to send, Samsung is holding security against the trade-in amount from your credit card, if the items are not delivered that amount will be charged I don't think so they will charge you $60. $640 for my s23 trade in will then be authorised from my card and same goes for the iPad 3rd Gen it will be charge $325.

    • +2

"for those listing phones they not intend to send"

      That's why we're trading in ~$10 items.

The real value is in the extra bonus credit they apply to the trade

      • you are the smartest person on this planet.

      • +1

so just selet a $10 item which i don't have. no need to send anything then they will just charge $10 later?

        • Just checked the fine print . If no device was returned there will be $60 fee

A Late Return Fee of up to $60 will be charged if you have not sent in your trade-in device within fourteen (14) days of receiving your New Samsung Device. The Security Charge, Late Return Fee and any other applicable fees relating to Samsung Trade-In will be processed by our third-party provider, Asurion

Thank you for helpful tips and code stack examples.

Just ordered S25 Ultra 512GB for the checkout price of $976.79 by using the following codes/voucher:
    100 with $20 voucher
    150 trade in auto discount
400 trade in bonus code from live chat
200 GALAXY2025 code by adding various accessories
5% off first time using app (my actual first time!)

Total charge to CC is 1226.54
I have yet to return buds and organise trade in.

For those who just comment asking to be given solutions and answers, consider reading through the comments first. Yes, it is a lot of pages, but you have to work for bargains. Otherwise just pay RRP :)

Reluctantly upgrading from my Note 10+, no more security updates :(

There is a CBA Yello offer going on where you spend over $500 and get $100 credit back as long as you use a CBA credit or debit card on Samsung site. Not 100% sure if this is gonna work with EPP site, but its worth a shot for extra $100 savings.

    • I checked the terms and you need to purchase it from the Samsung CommBank Yello Online Store which seems effectively the same as the normal store. Can't seem to make use of the EPP site unfortunately.

    • +2

It was meant to go to special link for Yello, but I agree with you, it might just work with EPP/Edu site if we use CBA card to pay

      • If it does it will show you the reduced amount before final purchase confirmation, ie the 2nd final purchase after all the trade in security steps. But I doubt it will work outside of the Yello online shop portal. Worked for me via the Yello portal however since I didnt have an edu email.

As I already alluded to a few pages back there's also a $150 off for $1000+ purchases listed on one of the portal pages but I'm not certain this includes the phone category specifically.

        • I used commbank debit card for S25+accesories order at samsung app (edu store)..but the total amount didnot deducted $100 of commbank yello..so not sure if I would get the $100 credit in my CBA account later..lets see

          • @toyapple9: Yeh prob not I'd guess. Tried to combine shop 5% first purchase discount but couldn't make it work with the Yello store portal at all. 5% wasn't really even worth it for me in the end as I only got an S25 so the final amount was only $518 (less $100 with the Yello discount) but since the shop 5% only seems to apply to the final subtotal post discounts (unlike the edu 20% up front reduction) was only like another $20, may as well save it for something else of higher value down the line.

Probably jump on that edu/epp store quickly in case they revert it to a post voucher discount like the shop 5% I'd say.

  • Is the evoucher entered at final payment stage AFTER doing the trade in steps?

    • You can enter it before or after I think. I usually enter it before then checkout (it'd ask for trade-in detail, then pay)

      • Got it! Thank you

  • Put in my EPP order,

    S25+ Ultra 512 using Note 9 trade in ($80) + Samsung Care ($139.50)
    Galaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting Film ($18.52)
Galaxy S25 Ultra Standing Grip Case ($37.53)
    Galaxy Buds3 Pro ($227.43)

    Applied:
Your $100 Galaxy eVoucher+ has been applied!
    Voucher applied! $200 eVoucher discount.
    Voucher applied! $400 Trade-In bonus.
    $150 Trade-In bonus applied. Ends 14.02.25.
    20% EPP + 5% first time discount

    Total charge comes to $1324.72.

    Thanks everyone for the tips.

how are people cancelling the accessories?

    • +4

If you have added more than 1 accessory, simply go into your orders, select this oder, you will see an option to cancel order, click that and it will list all the items in the order. Select all accessries EXCEPT 1 accessory and of course phone, and cancel.
Trick is add more than 1 accessory i.e. 1 cheapest and others to make up the required $200 accessory order, and then cancel all accessries except the cheapest one to get the refund.

      • yeah too easy figured it out thank you :)

      • By doing these do they charge you back $200 valued voucher "galaxy2025"?

10 not sending trade-in fee (60 - trade in value of 50 for random old Samsung)

It doesn't work like that, you'll still end up paying 60 admin fee (they already charged you the 50 that cancel out with the 50 discount you use when purchasing)

  • Dont have epp or edu access. Im fkd

    • If you have a westpac account, you can access discount via rewards

    Successfully ordered using Edu store.

    1x S25 Ultra 256GB
    1x Galaxy Buds3 Pro

Trade-in value: $1 (I will send a broken ineligible device.)

    Discounts / Vouchers

    Total: $1,052.22

Note: I believe the theoretical lowest you can get is $1,024.79 if you select accessories to the amount of exactly $200.

    Additional costs incurred to me:
    - $20 for purchasing the eVoucher
    - $1 trade-in security deposit that will not be refunded
    - Spending a whole day contemplating this offer and attempting to get the best deal

    Grand total: $1,073.22

    • What about the $60 admin fee for not sending anything for trade in?

    • "Spending a whole day contemplating this offer and attempting to get the best deal" me last year

      • Yeh same but deciding against because of the Exynos CPUs they went with on Euro/Oceania regions on the s24/s24+. Reverting back to all Snap Dragons made for an easier decision this year.

  • if you can't cancel the accessories online, can you return for a refund in store?

    • Chances are they may tell you that online is separate dept you need to get in touch with them online, and ask for returns.

    • Did you recieve a separate invoice for accessories or same invoice? Is there 1 payment or multiple?

      • one the same order in one invoice

  • Purchased through samsung app with edu store. Below is the price breakdown

    S25 Ultra Phone Cost= $2349
    Samsung Edu app 20% discount= -$469.8
Galaxy Watch 4 (46mm) trade in discount (broken screen)= -$1
    Trade-in bonus discount= -$150
    5% app discount= -$86.41
Galaxy S25 ultra standing grip case price= $37.53
    Glaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting flim price= $18.53
    Galaxy buds pro price= $227.42
System Considered Trade-in bonus cost of $400 for $380 (system took back 5% app discount)= -$380
System Considered Galaxy unpacked instant Voucher code of $200 for $190 (system took back 5% app discount)= -$190
System Considered Galaxy evoucher of $100 for $95 (system took back 5% app discount)= -$95
Total price paid by CommBank card= $1260.27 (lets see if I get $100 back under yello offer or not?..no harm in trying by paying through coombank card)
Total trade-in security charge paid by paypal= $1

    • hey mate did u get the samsung yello offer and activated it first? i did not get it so I am assuming it will not work for me

      • No mate, I didnot get the offer in commbank app to activate..I just saw few people mentioned about it the CommBank yello offer..so I used the CBA card to try my luck

        • +1

ok cool, might as well bite the bullet too, thanks

          • @streetsmart: You do not technically activate it. You just become eligible paying with the right card through the Yello portal. Bit of a unorthodox Yello offer I'd never seen before. Just be careful noticed some store portals wouldn't give the inherent $100 (s25)/$150 (s25u) trade in bonus stacking with your actual trade in value.

Also just to double check is it true the edu/epp deal doesn't net you the free memory upgrade as through the regular store fronts? Bit of a minor niggle but still somewhat of a consideration I guess.

  • Is it still possible to get the $100 voucher for $20, can any one share the link. I cant seem to find it.

    • Finished at midnight.

      • Missed out, figured its mid night eastern time.

  • Do they sent the accessories along with the phone or accessories are delivery prior?

after cancelling buds pro, $200 discount seemed sticking with $190 applied to device ($10 somehow excluded being 5% of $200). Finger closing that they will actually refund $227.43 to card.

    • Hey buddy how did you cancel buds pro only? I am seeing cancel order button besides whole order..will it cancel the whole order if I click on it or will it show individual items cancellation at next screen after I click this button and then I can choose buds cancellation..pls advise

      • +1

        Following the same question.
Please guide how to cancel the buds from entire order.

        Thanks

      • +2

just click cancel button and it will take you to the next page, which should allow you to choose which item to be cancelled. It will be stupid for any seller to provide refund option with a single click and without further confirmation, so no need to be worried too much. it won't cancel it that easy.

        • thanks mate..so I click cancel order button—> then choose only buds pro—> its asking for reason in dropdown..do you know which reason I should use to get the refund with no issues later..also after buds cancellation, did you get another email of order confirmation with revised order and amount? currently the total payment of $1260.27 I paid for whole order earlier is showing pending in my CBA account

    • I managed to pay $279.02 trading in an S23 Ultra 512GB and cancelling all accessories except for screen protector (cheapest one - will return this as I'm going Spigen route) which would make it $260.49, or $280.49 taking into account the $20 voucher fee

This is for the 256GB tho

    • How did you get all these bonus trader in codes? I'm so confused by all these tricks and how to do it, someone break it down for us special people please.

      • +1

First visit Samsung through Samsung Educational portal if you have student ID or through Samsung Partner portal through westpac, reward gateway, or govt partner portal.

        1) Select the model of your choice S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra.
        2) Select Trade in option and choose your old phone and Trade the phone if you have and it must be eligible.(You can trade Phone, Watch or Tab)
        3) Select No to the Samsung Care
        4) Submit to put it in the cart
        5) it will show you some assessories. Just add minimum $200 of assessories (e.g. phone case, glass protector, Watch, Galalxy buds pro 3 etc)
        6) Go to cart

        Now start using codes.
        1) $150 code automatically applied (that is trade in code if you will trade any eligible device)
        2) $400 code - that code you can grab your member app your samsung phone, or you can call Samsung customer care to get the trade in code, or you can chat with them.
        $400 for S25 ultra
        $300 for S25 or S25+

        3) $200 - add code GALAXY2025 to get that discount
        4) Add $20 voucher if you purchased which will act like a $100

Plus 5% extra off if you will buy through Samsung shop app and login with your samsung edu or you will buy first time in partner portal.

        • +1

Woww legend right here, thank you!

        • One more question, how do I buy it through the app to get the discount if I'm going via a partner or education Portal?

          • +1

@TheCunningLinguist: I never bough the phone from app so not sure.

But for partner portal, you do not need Samsung shop app. Just need to log in to the westpac, reward gateway or govt portal or througj any other reward plateform.

            Search samsung

Click on the provided link and follow the above steps.

          • @toyapple9: I am starting to wonder if you need a minimum of three accessories in your order to be able to cancel the buds

            • @solidmuzza: not sure mate..earlier people mentioned that they were able to cancel buds with 2 accessories as well.

    • I ordered via westpac, and had 2 accessories, a cable and the buds pro, also getting this message, and tried below order search
