What will stop me getting my cashback

• Cashback is ineligible on products from Apple; ASKO; Miele; Loewe; WeByLoewe; Playstation; Xbox; products marked as 'Shipped by Supplier' from brands Smeg and Fisher & Paykel; Gold Service Extras; and The Good Guys Home Services.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchases completed on other channels, such as over the phone, web chat, in a physical store, on The Good Guys Commercial website, or on The Good Guys eBay store. Only transactions that are completed wholly online at thegoodguys.com.au will be eligible for cashback.
• Cashback is ineligible on any portion of the transaction paid with gift cards, store credits, 90-day StoreCash, Price Beat discounts, delivery charges, and taxes. Cashback is calculated on the total eligible amount that the customer pays on the docket after any price reductions have taken effect, and exclude delivery & GST.
• Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
• Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

• Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
• You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
• Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.
