Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum $1197 ($1187 via Price Beat Button) + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ The Good Guys

190

Bought it for $1,599 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't shipped yet, so I was able to have TGG price match it today and get it shipped out from one of their stores that have it in stock (very limited around Australia it seems).

If you get the "Price Beat" button, you can get it for as low as $1,187.

Eufy 10 Pro Omni or this. Reddit and reviews reckon the omni which I can get for $1100ish aswell.

    • WHERE?

    • I purchased the Eufy X10 recently and am pretty happy with it. The app is a bit buggy, but the cleaning performance is impressive. Just took a week to work out where it's likely to get stuck and sort those areas out.

    • Eufy seems to have the best obstacle avoidance across all brands so it'll be better than l10s pro heat. S1 and x10 scored highest at a point across all brands (even top models).

It doesnt have mop extend (whcih is the main drawback) nor hot water washing though

Probably comparable in terms of vacuum and mopping ability otherwise

  • Reposting my comment from previous deal. Can vouch for this unit! I have had it for the last couple of weeks after my Ecovacs sh*t itself. Mapping and navigation is a night and day difference and this gets the job done a lot quicker. The mop washing and refilling is handy but it does involve more maintenance, especially with mopping pad cleaning section. Pet hair tangles can be an issue but can be easily cleaned out. The tri-cut brush doesn't really make a difference compared to the rubber brush. Overall good vacuum and mop combo with minimal maintenance. Would recommend to anyone in the price range. Happy to answer any questions.

    • Hey mate

What's the overall mopping and sanitation of the mopping pads like.

      • +1

Mopping is good and thorough, the water coming out of it in the first couple of weeks was dark and now it is a lot lighter, definitely keeps the floors well maintained. Sanitation is good as it uses hot water to wash the mopping pads every 15-35m2 (configurable).

    • Is the cleaning solution used when mopping or is the cleaning solution only for cleaning the mop pads? Differing advice out there.

      • It's not very clear but when emptying the dirty water out, there is a bit of foam, and no smells when vacuum so I assume it's using the detergent for cleaning the mopping pads

    • look on aliexpress for the mopping section cleaner for the x40. I bought one for mine and works great, just 2 little spinners that spin when the mop pads get cleaned and fits right in to the cavity once you take the original piece out. was around $20 from memory.

Edit: I think this is what I got

      • Thanks heaps! That might fix the only drawback I saw with this unit.

        • you can buy bags, bristles and brushes on aliexpress too. haven't found a filter that fits yet though. everything else works perfectly.

i know how you feel, when I took that original piece out it was filthy inside and took alot of effort and time to clean it to store as a spare. Since I swapped it out, it's looking much better and i'm not seeing much in terms of stuck on dirt in there.

          • @Spec: Yep, I bought a entire set of accessories from Aliexpress as soon as I ran the unit. Good to hear that the mopping cleaning plate is cleaner. Will buy on the next set of aliexpress coupons

            • @yikes914: Still looking at buying the tricut brush, any thoughts on it? wife has long hair and I have to turn it around get rid of the tangled hair every time including in the spinning brush. i did get a rubber brush but haven't used it yet. Do you think I should buy the tricut brush? or just use the original soft brush or the rubber one?

              • @Spec: I'm half-half on the tri-cut brush. For pet fur it doesn't do as good of a job as the rubber brush. For human hair, I have not have to take anything off of it so it should be good for your application.

                • @yikes914: oh good, I might try it then because it feels like 3 washers made of hair every time I use it. thanks for letting me know.

If you haven't puchaeed as yet wait a little bit longer. The x40 is over 2k, and the x50 is going to be released soon. The x40 would then go under 2k and is an excellent robo vac. I have the x40 and rate it.

    • I just paid $1920 for the X40 ultra.

It's fantastic and craps all over my old Ecovacs T9.

  • Same price at JB but looks like no click & collect options

  • Currently $949 via Amazon AU (Sold by Dreame Official AU, Ships from Amazon), and is not a Prime offer…

Wait, the Amazon one is not the Heat

Can I confirm it the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat and not the Dreame L10s Ultra. They aren't the same item.

10% shopback too if you don’t use the price beat option which makes it about 1100 shipped.

    • Took the plunge.

      $1197 + $5 for shopback plus, minus 10% + 2% + 1% (cashback, westpac challenge, plus bonus) total $1061 after cashback hopefully.

    • If I understand correctly, I cannot use Good Guys gifts cards and get cashback?

  • I have heard that these units don't work very well when it's time to empty themselves after vacuuming pet hairs. Hairs get stuck and it's not big enough gap for dust etc. to come out into the station. Can someone confirm if this has same problems??

    • I've got a Lab and a German Shepard and this thing runs twice a day. The self empty on this works better than before as there's only a single hole for the fur to escape compared to some other models (Ecovacs comes to mind). Mine auto empties 2 times per cycle to make sure everything has been picked up.

      • So it's working well for you then. How's mopping function? I also have Deebot 920 with mop function but it's not working very well. Mopping isn't effective

        • It's great. The floors are shiny and the dirty water tank is always somewhat dirty. The older Deebot have a cloth that it drags around, this has 2 pads that spin and scrub the floors and one extends out to get to corners better.

  • wish this has extended side brush, only has extended mop atm.

    • -1

This does have a brush on the side and sweeps the sides, personally I think it works fine.

      • But doesn't extend like roborock Qmaster

        • Truthfully, i'm not sure whether that'll make that much of a difference. The bristles already hits the wall while sweeping. considering its designed for dust which should not be stuck on, I really doubt it would make a huge difference. An extended mop pad on the other hand is designed for stuck on dirt which needs some work to get off.

          • +1

            @Spec: For corners

            • @hopper: I guess its useful? i'm not sure because i haven't noticed my corners being very dirty since using mine.

may be useful for you, just a reminder not to get stuck on every single new feature otherwise things get extremely complicated and expensive very quickly.

              • @Spec: I have OCD 😭. Just this feature is is all I want. Will wait till they drop under $1k

  • Thanks op, bought one.
