I know this comes up pretty regular, but all other 20% off codes seem to have expired. Not too bad with our Aussie dollar being fairly high atm. Unfortunately if you are after some branded shoes, they may not be available for shipping to Australia. All other clothes and accessories should be good though. The best thing is the shipping speed. All orders I have made have arrived to me within 5 working days.

I just contacted support about it and they said this:
Unfortunately, that e-mail that was sent with that code was sent earlier than it was scheduled to be sent out therefore, please place the order online and give me the customer and order numbers and I can adjust the order for you.
Yeah sorry guys, The email doesn't refer to any start date. Just an expiry date… However as stated by Ace, just send through your customer and order numbers and they will take 20% off for you.
Haven't tried the code yet but got the same e-mail with the same code.
Disappointing that Eastbay didn't do their 20% off gift cards before Christmas this year.

East bay do this 20% thing so often, its pretty much normal and expected.
20% off usually only happens once a month. 15% off is a lot more common but it's nice to be reminded when they have a 20% off coupon released as that is the only time most of us will make a purchase from them.
