MSP are not region-locked any more. As of a few months ago, USA point cards have been working for Australians.
Does not look like all are region free as i got a 1600 msp code and it did not work, through a trade from somewhere else.
Some points still have region lock, like 1600(US) or 2100 & 4200(EU & UK) but 2400 and 4000 we're selling are region free.
