        Annoyingly I did the same, monkey shoulder & Drambuie, 12 hours later, still hasn't tracked.

        However, I also did a (separate) james squire whisky and soda transaction, and it tracked within an hour at the right price ($50 cash back).

        I've already collected the monkey shoulder & drambuie… maybe I'll have to return them

    Mine has tracked with the 'hahn beer store' for $0 - I have full faith that the cashback will track once they deal with it. I haven't seen them do the specific product deals before - I'm guessing a promo like this is manually processed.

    Should be sweet. If it's not, I will go turbokaren on them. But it will be fine.

    I had the wrong cashback track on a purchase I made in November for the James Squires Chef Blend. It only tracked at the standard rate and not the 40%. I put in a request for a review a couple of days later and it was tracked properly within the week as a seperate amount. I ordered the Monkey Paw and Malibu this afternoon separately and neither have tracked so far but if the amounts are wrong I'll just go through this added step again. It's not ideal but for the cheap alcohol I don't mind.

    FYI - I’ve done similar purchases for XXXX, Guinness and Kilkenny promos. The tracking didn’t change for some of these for 90 days. At the final date it reflected correctly. As much as I was skeptical, I bought all 4.

    If it helps for reference; Malibu 1 litre tracked at $24.55 for me within 30 minutes of purchasing earlier in the afternoon.

    I used the SB Android app to purchase by following the Malibu store link found from the SB search bar. This opened the liquorland website and it was BAU transaction from thereon..

    Thanks OP. It was a bit of an effort to get my preferred store (Liquorland v First Choice) but eventually I managed to. Drambuie was also 50% cashback and was $66 at Liquorland while $80 at First Choice. The link kept taking me to First Choice!

    I did one of these type of cashbacks last year around April. In my history it has "Heineken $0.00 confirmed" and then the next entry (a week later) is "Online - Bonus $12.82 confirmed." Looking at the details it shows the transaction was Heineken. So it seems these types of cashbacks track differently to regular cashback.

    Monkey tracked after approx.13hrs at 44 cents as I bought 2.
    Not sure if I should take the risk and collect it or let it lapse so I get a refund.
    I have no confidence the CB will be fixed correctly as it seems some people saw it listed at 50% and 20% CB.
