Don't purchase this game for $33.33 in the Steam Holiday Sale, when you can get it for $20.09 from Amazon. It is possible that this game could be discounted further in the Steam Holiday Sale, though I would be surprised, considering that it is a relatively new release.

Please note, you will need to do the following in order to download this game.

1. Use a service like Unblock-us so that your computer appears to be in the United States (7 day free trial available)

2. Give your Amazon account a U.S. address, I used the address for the Australian embassy: 1601 Massachusetts Ave NW Washington, DC 20036 United States

3. I purchased the game using my CBA debit MasterCard.

4. Download the Amazon executable, which will contain the Steam product key and installation instructions.

      You might be able to contact customer service and they can refund the difference? I've heard of something along those lines for other purchases but I'm not sure it'd work here.

  You don't need to use Unblock-US to buy anything from Amazon? All you need is a fake US address. I don't even think it applies to the Amazon website, only Amazon Prime streaming.
