My CBA yello has a $10/$70 spend offer that ends today. Cheers for the headsup tones! Happy NY!
So you bought three? Sure this is good?
No i had some other stuff to buy … it addss over $70 😆
As for quality, definitely Dymista is approved for my sinus issues
Wow this thing never go down below 28$. Is it really good? No equivalent generic ? (That work as good as )
How about nasonex?
I think that just contains a steroid, not steroid & antihistamine as Dymista does.
Works much better than Nasonex and less chance of unpleasant side effects. So long as you’re fine with the aftertaste in your nose.
Dymista is the only thing that can guarantee I’ll be able to breathe through both nostrils the whole night.
Just clarifying, you're not supposed to taste the spray and it's supposed to be towards your sinuses not your nasal cavity. It could be worth watching a video on how to use nasal sprays to ensure you're getting the most effective use out of it. Repeated sprays up the nose instead of towards the sinuses could also weaken the nasal lining and cause bleeding

If even after tilting your head forward and spraying outwards, you still taste it, then keep your head tilted forward for another minute or two and just breathe normally (don't take deep breaths)
Thanks for the tips, I never got anything like this. Just handed over and out the door lol
@camerongb: What do you mean where is the door?
Try that with no Steroids.
“Azep Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray”
Or just look for Azelastine.
No others Ive seen OTC. Contains fluticasone.
Propelant equivalent for asthma is Flixotide.
This is good to use in conjunction with Nasonex and your asthma management plan to help avoid oral steroids (such as Prednisone).
I use this in the morning and Nasonex at night as needed
Nasonex (and equivalents) contain Mometasone Furoate
Flixonase has fluticasone, just that Nasonex is much more well known
Good pick up and only $19.99 at CWH
i tried the generic Mometasone Furoate and i think it doesnt work for me.
runny nose in the morning and then around 8pm everyday, regarless cold or hot weather. very annoying.
will try Dymista.
before today i thought all those sprays are the same lol
What's regular price
$35ish
This seems to work for me coming from prescription beconase a few years ago. Allergies to most grasses, pollen, pet hair etc. Much better than tablets. YMMV but suggest this to most friends with itchy eyes and sneezing. Still sneeze but the effects seem much more diminished than without taking this.
the only shit works on me, and never gets a big discount.
Works wonders, ended up getting a whole lot of nosebleeds as a result which really sucked though. Stopped using it unfortunately

It may just be the method you're using. Check with your doc
I know it was listed as one of the potential side effects, was told it was some sort of thinning of the mucas/walls inside the nostril that was caused by the steroid in Dymista.
Really really sucks, because I think like most people here… it absolutely works wonders haha
This stuff is amazing for me.
This is the best stuff out there. It is worth every penny.
The only stuff that works if you use it properly and follow instructions.
You need to start prep at the end of August and continue to use it until end of December.
Repeat again next year. So about 3-4 months continuous use.
Anyone have tips for the unpleasant taste when first using? Try just breathing normally when spraying but always end up with the taste. Usually just have some gum or a mint ready to go.
You get used to it.
How to video from an allergist (he sprays at 1 min) “If you taste it, you waste it” https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cqwa6z9rGMu/?igsh=bTJ1dGZiZWx…
Dymista and Azep taste and smell awful. Ask your GP about trying Ryaltris
wow i thought we should aim inside!
Yeah I made the same mistake cos the pharmacist didn't tell me any better. No way the average person would know and no one tells you either!
@Ibz: and is it really works for 24hrs? so just spray once every morning ?
Dymista works well, but the smell and taste is awful. Ryaltris (prescription only) is more effective and doesn’t smell bad. My GP kindly wrote me a prescription for 2 spray bottles with repeats. Cheaper that way and can claim on private health. It’s Nasonex plus olopatadine, an antihistamine which is also a mast cell stabiliser. Olopatadine is the stuff in Patanol eyedrops
wow thanks will get that ryal when dymis doesnt work
Is this a special on for a certain amount of time or a drop in price?
