This is the one I have and I love it. You can cook with the instant pot and then switch lids to crisp and brown it up on top. Recommend.

How's the airfryer function? Past reports haven't been so enthusiastic.

The airfyer…does the job, the small basket means you overcrowd really easily and food don't come out as well. The two lids means you need to have space for two devices anyway.

When I was living in an apartment, it was fine and I did love the novelty. suitable for 2 people. but having a larger airfyer definitely was in the back of my mind.

Not as good as dedicated airfryers but as mrblu said it does the job. Takes a little longer though. But I've cooked chips, potato gems, crumbed fish in the airfryer as well as steak/fillets using the roasting feature and casserole using slow cook.

One thing I have to say is the airfryer basket is a PITA to clean, the inner stainless bowl is fantastic.

Agree with mrblu and o0o. I don’t like it as a standalone air fryer but I have other ones of those. I would recommend having a separate standalone air fryer but I love being able to switch the lid after a pressure cook to give it some crisp and colour instead of just having the “slow cooker” looking food.

I own this and would call it a jack of all trades, master of none. Air fryer basket is small and even though it has a shelf it can get off balance and then everything falls to the bottom shelf when you’re trying to flip stuff over.

The pressure / slow cooker is good. I find using a blowtorch to brown up my pressure cooker poultry / meat more effective.

    Would I buy it again… 50/50

I own one of these. Use it 95% of the time as an air fryer. Mostly as a microwave alternative for reheating lunch. For that it is excellent. I have never made a full (adult) meal in the air fryer though (I don't count chicken nuggets) because it isn't really big enough for that.

I have the Pro version of this. It works well for what we want but if you use an airfryer a lot, or want a big one, then buy the standard InstantPot and a separate sir fryer.
