and a screwdriver to fix it?

I use it daily , its worth the money.
I got it for 187$ just 3 months back

    • I'm trying to justify the extra cost to myself. I was going to pick up the duo plus that was on special, but I might go this instead.

what i like about is it eliminates the use of keeping an air fryer on the kitchen , bear in mind the attachment is big and heavy though .
For a small family its good enough.

I've had one of these for a few years.
Bought it when our old mechanical pressure cooker died.
Works well as a pressure cooker, but just average as an air fryer.

Agree owned for 2 years, pressure cooker is amazing but we ended up buying a separate dedicated airfryer as this one just isnt very consistent or even in its cooking.

However, being able to pressure cook some goulash and then airfry the bread dumplings while the dough is sitting in it is a hell of a party trick.

      • that sounds delicious. havent made a goulash in ages. got a recipe to follow for using the instant pot (i've got one too) ?

        • The goulash is loosely based on the recipetineats version we modify the spices sometimes, use smoky paprika or add some cumin seeds aswell as caraway, its very forgiving to experimenting with different flavours https://www.recipetineats.com/hungarian-goulash-recipe/

The bread dumplings i dont have a recipe beyond basic bread ingredients (flour baking powder salt milk butter herbs) and a feel for how sticky the dough looks (quite sticky should grip the fork as it falls in). Pressure cook goulash for 30m or so, just drop the dough in no real shaping or anything, airfry for 5mins until dumplings start to brown on top.

You can also make your own breadcrumbs from old bread and mix with herbs eggs and milk, both methods work well for this

  • Anyone know what's its difference compared to a Gourmet Crisp?
