That door handle looks really cheap, hopefully you can change it. Reviews on IKEA (which there are only a handful) aren't flash hot either.

  Worktop, door, plinth and handles are sold separately.
  
  I think they're just example hardware. You need to buy your own cover/handles to match your own kitchen.
