    I think yes.

    I just bought one. Received email with tax invoice link instantly. Tax invoice PDF has ABN, GST amount, and Item info which I think ticks all the boxes for TRS refund.

      Yes that's right. Having had to replace my pixel 7 under warranty which was seamless directly with Google, I worry about the warranty with phobebot, otherwise a great deal.

  Great price OP and fantastic timing, just as I'm scrolling through refurb P8Ps on eBay. Came here to check what's a "normal" sale price and this price is right here.

  Can't say I was reassured by the threat that "Items lost or damaged in transit are not covered by Phonebot unless transit cover is added" - you ought to know it is absolutely the retailer's responsibility to rectify this (and pursue AusPost for compensation), regardless of whether the customer pays for extra insurance. I hope this isn't an indication of Phonebot's attitude to consumer law in general. I've had an ok run so far of refurbished items being covered under warranty, but I'm not too trustful in this case, just hoping now that the phone is a good unit, no issues so the warranty isn't needed.
