          In this offer, new and existing customers will get 40% cashback. That new customer statement is copied from their T&Cs. When they have offers for new customers only, then that rate will apply for new customers.

            Anything similar or specific items that are not available in Temu, buy from AliExpress. If same items are available in both, buy from Temu ;-)

    Had a bad experience with TCB support the other day trying to claim for a missing click that wasn’t recorded where I was flat out told that “no if it didn’t track that means you didn’t click through TCB because it tracks every time you can test it”… like yes I’m aware that’s how it supposed to work but it didn’t which is literally why I raised this support ticket. Was like talking to a wall, gave up in the end.

      Hi there! Always intrigues me reading these comments so I checked back through our ticketing system over the past few days and believe I found the associated ticket. Was it for a claim where you made a purchase via AliExpress which tracked fine, then made another purchase 2 hours later which didn't track? If so, the response was that as per the terms, you need to make a new click every time you make a new transaction, which from the sounds of it you failed to do for the subsequent purchase. It's quite conceivable you believe you generated a new click when in fact you didn't. I also checked your account, and can see there's no click made to any retailer after the one you made to AliExpress which tracked. Hope this helps, and please have a wonderful festive season.

        Yes, again that’s why I raised the support ticket. I definitely clicked through TCB (just like my other orders) and asked to investigate why nothing was recorded on TCB’s end.

          With due respect, there's only one AliExpress click in your TCB account which accounts for the tracked order. Perhaps the subsequent click was made through a different cashback provider? It's quite easy to forget you need to click back through again so my guess here is you simply forgot to. All the best.

            @tightarse: Once again, click was through TCB. I’ve had orders previously and I know that I have to click through TCB. Was business as usual for this click, but it wasn’t recorded on TCB’s end. I’m aware there’s only one click for AliExpress recorded in my account but my support ticket was a request to investigate why nothing was recorded for my other click. Really wish I had a screen recording at the time of clicking through which I’ll probably need from now on. Anyways, thanks for the responses

      The TEMU app isn't excluded for cashback in the T&Cs.

      There are several tips in a previous offer.

      I'm not a TEMU customer and will check with @neoleo who has experience with TEMU shopping and tracking.

      I never use Temu or AliExpress app, always through my Chrome mobile browser (no extension anyway) in my android phone.

      Maybe check other user's posts about using Temu app for cashback.

        I guess you want free products that are available/offered only in Temu app?

        In a browser, I can open separate tabs for different products that I'll buy (not in the cart). Login Paypal, then login Topcashback and open Temu link in Topcashback website. Copy-paste the link of products into that Temu website and add them into the cart. Then pay through Paypal (for me). Done. Usually only few minutes for me as I already know what I'll buy.

      For Temu, it's uncapped. So you can do multiple orders. Make sure you always go back to Topcashback and open the Temu link again from Topcashback for subsequent orders.

    For TEMU, Shopback has 55% for new customers (new customers at TEMU, not Shopback).
    You can make a new user if you have an existing one.

    My Temu cashback is never tracked. I've tried many times with Cashrewards, Shopback, and now TopCashback — always the same issue. My click gets registered, but nothing else happens. I follow all the instructions, clear my cart, disable uBlock, etc.

      Sorry to hear. I'm not a TEMU customer but there are several reports of non-tracking issues with TEMU at all 3 cashback providers.

      TopCashback states:

      TEMU orders may take up to 7 days to report into your account.

      If still untracked after 7 days, please lodge a missing cashback claim.

      The TopCashback rep tightarse had contacted TEMU in previous offers when orders were not tracked:

      Same. Very frustrating but it seems the problem is on Temu's end rather than the CB providers. TCB tracks everything I purchase from Amazon, SCA, Aliexpress etc
