This is fantastic deal for these well regarded diagonal cutting pliers. The tips aren't quite as narrow as the cheapo, no-brand pliers, but they are sturdier.

Is this a good tool to cut the ends of Ethernet wiring from keystone or snips is a better tool for that job?
They are great for trimming when terminating CAT5 and CAT6 cables.
??? There shouldn't be anything to trim. If you mean to remove the wire then most punch down tools have a hook to hook the wire and pull it out.
I was thinking about plugs, not keystone jacks.
