These guys sell decent backpacks and outdoor gear. They are all offering some complementary gifts depending on how much you spend (e.g a merino beanie)

Disagree, have bought quite a bit from them and have been pleased. On par with patagonia imo
I’d say they are an indie / boutique version of Kathmandu with aspirations to be on par with Snow Peak or Patagonia levels of respect
A few decades shaping culture with some innovation & R&D should just about do it to catch up to Snow Peak & Patagonia..
Boutique makes me think of locally & sustainably made clothing..
Leagues apart.. Patagonia pioneer, innovate, research & develop (for 50+ years).. Examples:
Yulex wetsuits made from plant-based natural rubber from rubber trees instead of toxic petroleum-based neoprene
One of the first to adopt regenerative organic farming practices for cotton
One of the first major apparel brands to use Chlorine-Free Wool, instead of toxic chlorine-based processes
Patagonia has set the standard at scale for supply chain transparency, sustainable growth, & ethical practices.
A lot of these things are not just better for the environment but also for the consumer..
In the era of greenwashing, full transparency & accountability at every stage of the textile production chain, from raw materials to manufacturing processes is key..
I personally like their ad:
Link to aliexpress equivalent please!
Why do you think you cannot find similar?
Look for similar specs and material used..
Can’t say myself just something I’ve been looking at. But I will say most AliExpress listings probably don’t have the same enviro credentials (although their products are also from China lol).
At least the 20% off covers the shipping
I wouldn't call they decent. They are really not much better than what you can get on AliExpress and with a huge mark up. If you want really decent outdoor or ultralight gears - look for sea to summit, Patagonia, Macpac etc. don't feel for their marketing - paying for super high price for subpar gears.
